DNA Test Kit Tube

When you send away for a DNA test kit tube, the last thing you expect is to have to deal with a tube of used needles. However, that is what some customers of the direct-to-consumer genetic testing company 23andMe found waiting for them in the mail.

In response to customer feedback, 23andMe has recently announced that they will be supplying new, pre-filled tubes for their DNA tests kits. This move comes after years of complaints and concerns about the company’s previously provided needle kits.
